Linen will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.
-All of our linen hire is for human use only, please don’t let your pets have access to it.
-our delivery/collection days for linen hire are Thursday, Friday, Saturday any orders not on these days may incur an extra delivery charge.
-We charge for damaged items and lost items.
-Linen is priced and supplied on a weekly basis.
-At the end of your week(s) stay each item needs to be accounted for and put back into the bag it was supplied in ready for collection and left inside the front door of the property, please check behind doors, under beds and in cupboards to help prevent loosing items. This needs to be done by 9am.
-If you are staying multiple weeks clean linen will be delivered when the dirty is collected.
-Cancellations are non refundable if you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date.
-Refunds not available for items that have been ordered but unused.
-If you have any accidents, don’t panic, please contact us and don’t try and remove any stains without letting us know, other cleaning products can affect our cleaning process.
